We Won’t Redeem

Your gentle touch puts to rest my deepest nightmare

The passion in your voice never seems to tire

You hold my hand yet never inquire

I lust for you, I’ll never stop dreaming

Your mind is my favorite book to read

My soul for you is forever screaming

The stones, they land on my feet,

And though their hearts are consumed by pointless greed

And my feet bleed as their hate catches speed

We’ll fly until he hear their blare
